“Property auctions online are becoming an integral part of the property industry. With each passing month, more and more people are realising the potential that the world wide web brings for the industry, with a much larger audience being able to access auctions resulting in wider exposure for the seller and a greater choice for the purchaser.”
New owner of the land development on Victoria Grove, Ron Jehu of L&J Properties, Manchester, said: “The sale went through very quickly and without any hassle which is really pleasing.
“auctionmove.co.uk were extremely helpful and efficient and I couldn’t fault their approach .”
Naresh, seller of the land, said: “This plot of land was originally placed for auction with Miller Metcalfe, but it didn’t sell.
“I then heard of auctionmove.co.uk and although I hadn’t used their services previously, I was intrigued by the opportunity to sell the land without incurring any costs or fees.
“auctionmove.co.uk delivered on this promise of not charging me, found me a buyer and completed the sale swiftly. Very impressive.”

A terrace house for £1 or £250m – Britain's bizarre housing crisisNews in austerity Britain is not short on grotesque juxtapositions, but there was one this week that was just so spectacular that it couldn't pass without comment. In the same week, terrace houses were expected to change hands in different parts of the country for £250m and £1. That, respectively, is the most expensive housing ever sold in the UK, and some of the cheapest, were it not for councils' occasional tendency to give council estates to developers for free. What sort of urban landscape is it that has such things occurring at once, and what sort of places are these that are so astonishingly disparate in asking price?
